Arsenal vs Cologne: Why Europa League clash has been moved by one hour

The Europa League group game between Arsenal and FC Cologne, has been moved by one hour and will now kick off at 9.05pm London time.
With the team sheets already made public, supporters of the two clubs were already looking forward to the game, but will have to wait late into the night for it to begin.
According to a tweet from Arsenal’s official account, “The kick-off of #AFCvCOL has been delayed by an hour in the interests of crowd safety.”
It is understood that the areas are outside the ground are too congested and fans cannot safely enter the ground.
This is mainly due to the over 20,000 travelling supporters of the Bundesliga club, who have descended on North London ahead of the tie.
